Tsi~La Organics is committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase; please return the unused product in its original, sealed condition within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately we can not accept returns on products that have been opened, used or damaged. We will issue a refund to the original
payment source, which will include the cost of the unused product only. This will not include the original shipping cost or the cost of returning shipping. When returning products, please use UPS ground, which provides tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery. We regretfully cannot accept any returns on our alcohol-based perfumes due to shipping regulations.
Please include a copy of your original receipt, a note with your reason for returning the product, any suggestions, and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
